Hey guys long time! As some you know I am really picky when I comes to music. I dont like alot music that has alot of cussing in it or degrades women . But I have stumbled on this hot track that I like called "Invincible". Which I feel like I can relate with. Anyways I the beat to this song and there is not much autotune so it sound natural.

Unbareable pain

So today I tuned into the news to see that a local high school near my area was involved in a school shooting. I instantly had a flashed back of when I was in high school and the times I was bullied. Man did I get the worst of it in sophomore year.

So before I give you the story of my bullying experience I have to give you little background info about myself. I'm not the stereotypical black girl. I was the type in high that spoke proper English. I wasn't crazy about getting my weave done every two weeks. So yes my hair was naturally curly and NAPPY. And yes I'm AFRICAN which makes my situation worst because black and African people don't get along. So basically I'm a nappy headed African kid that doesn't wear name BRAND! Back to the story

I remember being in Mrs. Frazier math class during Christmas and every time during winter I get this really bad cold sore on my nose. So this girl saw the cold sore and started singing Rudolph the red nose reindeer at me. It wasn't just her she  had a click of friends in that class who chimed in on it. Every time I walked passed the CLICK they would say "Look at that nappy headed Bitch right there"!!!!! And everybody turns to look at me. I remember riding the bus one i touched my hair and pulled gum and paper out of it. I also remember sitting lunch and this gay guy starting making these weird chimpanzee clicking noises and starting crack African racial jokes. Everybody at the lunch table started to bust out in laughter. I ran out of the cafeteria in tears. After that incident i never at in cafeteria I chose to eat during class or in the library where no one can see me. Within sophomore and junior year I gain about fifty pounds!!! So back to the girl I was talking about. Me and her rode the same bus. One day as she was getting off with her friend she used her and friend used there elbow to knock the back of my head. I looked at them and said "You fat bitches if cant watch where your going without noggin people then it time for you to lose weight"! They heard and couldn't believe what I said. That day I went to my room and prayed I said " Lord it's time for you to vindicate me and if you don't step in I will. I cant take this anymore"! I already told my sister to watch out something might happen tomorrow.

The next as I prepared to go to class I placed a large knife in my pocket and some sewing needles. As I went to my math class before I got a chance to sit down I saw note placed on my desk. It was an apology letter for all the things done to me from the girl and her crew. I touch my lap and realized that I came close to mutilating people that day. I quickly excused myself to bathroom and prayed to God "And said thank You saved me". I went back to my locker to put the knife away and I praised for a second chance. :)

I'm in a great state of mind. I have an awesome career and about to start pharmacy school. I lost some of the weight I gained. When I looked back from where I came from I realized that most of the people that inflicted so much  pain on me are either in jail, drug addict, alcoholics or have baby daddy drama. I have forgiven those people because forgiven them sets me free :)

But I wanna tell those who are being bullied to pray that what saved me. That there is light at the end of the tunnel. there are so many bullying support groups you can join to seek help. But most all don't give up.
Feel free to comment and tell me your thoughts

My cold feet for the Holidays

I noticed a weird  pattern among the guys I dated during the holidays. I basically call it the Holiday Cold Feet. Usually this trend happens for me around Valentine's, Christmas and Sweetest day.  But it varies for other people. So basically Holiday Cold Feet is when your lover dumps you because a holiday is coming up. Which I feel it is completely Wrong.  Men don't know that other men are looking at their women during the Holidays. So brothers if you don't want a Robbery to happen to you during the holidays DON'T dump your GIRLFRIENDS.People seem to date when it is convenient for them. It sad  that  people don't consider their partner when they are making drastic decision such as a break up. Guys don't even think how their girlfriend will feel when they are dumped and hurting.

I remember dating a guy a week before valentines day he dumped me! Then  a week after he asked me out . Other guys that I have dated  will not accept my calls on holidays. So as for me I'm tired of dating guys that doesn't appreciate my worth. The next guy who dumps because of the Holidays I will chop HIS balls off and feed it to the Pigeons. So I have decided that I'm going to leave my dating life into GOD'S hands. I know at the due time God will send someone who can afford and appreciate me.

Please don't get me wrong I am not a materialistic girl. I am the complete opposite of that. Trust me I am, I never grew up with a silver spoon in my mouth. I just want a guy who can tell me, "Merry Christmas babe. Although times are tough I just wanted to tell you I love you". That is the best Christmas gift to me.

Chei, chineke I can not believe what I saw at the gym! This woman came to the gym with no bra on!!!. Nonsense, does she think her breast are Christmas bells? They should not be ringing like that,eh. I can not imagine myself going to the gym with no bra on. My breast size is 40 D.  So if I attempt to run on the treadmill with no bra, my breast will knock me out and put me a coma!  Hey, women, women  put a bra on before coming to the gym. Or is your breast magnets for men? Is this the new way to attract men. Please ooo if you are looking for a good bra, Avon sells them.  You can find them on the link belowIf you can't afford them just contact me I will give it to you FREE! Is your lover a commitment phobe?

Two things struck me this week. One was a conversation with one of my girlfriends and the other thing we will talk about alittle bit later. Ok so my friend has been dating a her man for about four years and she wants a ring. The problem is he doesn't want to settle. It's not like he doesn't love her. He just doesn't want to commit. The first thing that came to mind was what was his childhood like? Then second question I had was, what was his dating life like  before you?

I asked this question because the love a  child recieves determines how you will love as an adult. I remember back in the day I used to tell my mama that "I never wanted to get married and never wanted children. At first she thought I was gay. Little did she know I was traumitized!

I remember particularly, going over a close family friends house and the parents got into a major arguement. The arguement escalated into violence that night. I remember trying to restrain the parents. I was screaming, crying and everything I could to do to stop it, I tried it. Everytime we were over there fights like that would start.  I felt like I was walking on eggshell, so I would quietly stay in conner and not say anything. Instead of holding themselves accountable, they blamed the kids and everything else for their misbehavior. Never themselves though. I witness that domestic violence for about three years. It started when I was about twelve and in middle school.

You know middle school is the time for crushes and boyfriends. My experience with my first boyfriend wasn't the greatest. Also in middle school I witness a lot of my friends parents getting divorced. So I feel that my experience with relationships at an early age caused me to be scarred emotionally when it came to commitment. I dated a lot of great guys in high school but because I had a deep fear of commitment I never really gave my all in relationships. So boys were like toys you break them and move on. But there is hope for me.

I got to see the couple receive counseling and prayers. Right now as we speak they are fine and happily married. But they left me mentally and emotionally scarred. But I received my breakthrough by a church intervention. It was a young adult single convention at my church and one of the topic was marriage and commitment. I gathered courage to expressed all the traumatizing things I seen in marriage and spoke about it to the congregation. My church offered me counseling and prayers. Three years later I leave a open mind to the thought of marriage and I fear it no more.

So back to the second thing that struck me was, my pastor preached this week he said,"Some of us lost our innocence and need to go back to being virgins at love." I feel like some of us has been broken, so many times that we see no point to committing.

So if your lover is a commitment phobe, ask if there is anything traumatizing that happen in their childhood or do they have any fears?. Because if a man never seen his father in his life. If a girl sees her auntie get beat every night. How do you think your  lover knows how to express their  love, when their life has been so traumatic? Therefore they play out what they experienced in their childhood into their love life. My advice to these couples is to seek counseling and maybe prayers, like I did. So your burden will be light.
